May 26, 2001 - Athletics at Twins. 100 year throwback for both teams as the Athletics go back to 1901 Philadelphia Athletics. The Twins throwback to a previous era of their franchise as the 1901 Washington Senators. We get some great looking long-sleeved, collared jerseys for this game. While I don't own a Twins card yet, I am including a card from COMC to show off the Twins effort.

Blue Jays at Mets - July 15, 2001
July 15, 2001 - Blue Jays at Mets. The Blue Jays honor the Chatham All-Stars Negro League team by wearing 1930's Road pinstriped Jerseys. The Mets match up in 1947 New York Cubans Home White Jerseys. Quite a few cards from this game, especially for the Blue Jays.

Another mystery card. This time a mystery jersey swatch. I purchased this thinking it was potentially from a Chatham All-Stars throwback jersey. It is a 2003 Fleer Genuine Longball Threats. The Blue Jays never wore pinstripes except in the above Chatham All-Stars jersey and a Home Pinstripe in 2002. The above jersey is a road jersey, in grey. This swatch is clearly white with a blue/purple pinstripe. The 2002 Home All-Stars jersey was a red pinstripe.
I think my options are this isn't really an MLB jersey, but rather a Syracuse Skychiefs jersey from a minor league assignment for Delgado from 1998 or earlier. Another option is this isn't a jersey swatch from Delgado. Torii Hunter had jersey swatches in this same series. I'm wondering if the wrong swatch was placed on this card.

Dodgers at Giants - September 16, 2001
September 16, 2001 – Dodgers at Giants. In honor of Bobby Thompson’s “Shot heard ‘round the world” the Giants were set to wear 1951 Giants Home throwbacks. The Dodgers declined to participate, due to the fact this would honor a loss for them. Alas this game was not played due to 9/11.
