More common than the Ross's or Snow in this area, but nearly as hard to pick out in flocks of Canada Geese.  Careful perusal of large flocks should be taken during late fall through early spring.  

These birds have been sighted at numerous sites in the county.  Always mixed in with Canada Geese.  The pictures below all show good comparisons between Canada and Cackling Geese.
